Media Terms & Conditions

Our media observers, followers, and contributors must abide by the following Terms and Conditions prior to contributing, associating, posting, tagging, and/or sharing LIVE SLOW™ content; participating in LIVE SLOW™’s media campaigns, hashtags, and/or posts; and/or contributing content to any media platform using the LIVE SLOW™ brand.    

NOTICE:  All media observers, followers, and contributors agree to the following terms: (a) LIVE SLOW™’s media campaign content may or may not be accurate or current; (b) LIVE SLOW™’s media observers, followers, and contributors construe and interact with our media campaign content at their own risk; (c) any and all LIVE SLOW™ media campaign content contributed by observers, followers, or  other persons will not violate any provision of law, statute or regulation including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights of any federal, state, or local authority having jurisdiction or infringement of any international treaty; (d) any use, associations with, or sharing thereof of any aspect of the LIVE SLOW™ brand must not include, contain, or suggest obscene or profane acts or language deemed such at the discretion of LIVE SLOW™ management.

LIVE SLOW™ assumes no responsibility or liability for the use of content associated with or interacting in media campaigns. LIVE SLOW™ exclusively reserves the right to review, consider, and/or remove any content; at any time; and for any reason LIVE SLOW™ management determines is in its’ best interests. 

Media observers, followers, and contributors further agree that any photographic, audio, and/or cinematic content, and/or any other similar medium associating or including the LIVE SLOW™ brand shared within our or other media forms are granting LIVE SLOW™ the permission to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish and/or share such content without compensation, injury, damage to or assumption of liability on behalf of the contributor.
